Effective immediately, the Magnaflux YM5 Permanent Magnet Yoke (part number 001Y005) is discontinued.
The YM-5 was among the first yokes specifically designed for magnetic particle inspection, combining high strength with portable, rugged construction. Magnetic particle techniques have evolved greatly and AC yokes, like the ergonomic Y1 Yoke, have become more common for magnetic particle examinations. With the discontinuation of the YM5, inventory has been depleted and will no longer be available.
